Power Folding Mirrors

Retrofitting power folding mirrors to the Astra H does not require any programming in order to work.

The mirror housings need to be swapped over, the drivers door window control switch to be replaced and any wiring necessary adding.

The mirror housings are different for 3 door and 5 door vehicles. The later cars have a larger mirror and different housings again.

To check what wiring is needed, you need to remove the tweeter cover and see how many wires are in the connector onto the mirror. If you have 7 wires, you do not need to add any. If you have 5 wires then you need the wires adding into the door.

If you need the wires in the door, then you also need to check the connector from the door to the car as in the photo below. If the locations shown are empty, then you also need the body wires to go from door to door.
